OPHIA
OPHIA
OPHIA tells the story of a liminal being, born from a silent mutation between forgotten reptilian memory, archaic vegetation, and drifting code. She awakens in an undefined world, on the threshold between the biological and the synthetic, her skin marked by the shifting traces of ancient metamorphoses. Neither human, nor machine, nor deity, OPHIA is an entity in flux, a witness to a new myth where technology becomes organic matter and the body, a speculative terrain. The work questions our relationship to otherness, buried memory, and the possible futures of identity.
